GIVING THE CHILDREN IN UGANDA A PERSPECTIVE – STREAM OF LIFE

The association Stream of Life was founded in the summer of 2017 by the successful entrepreneur, Monika Koczi, from Vienna. Based on a private initiative, she and some friends quickly set up a professional fundraising organization.
The charity from Austria focuses on providing on-site help for underprivileged children in Kampala and on the Ssese Islands, in Uganda. Most of these children are destitute, abandoned children and in many cases, unfortunately, orphans. The association is committed to improving the long-term living situation of the children in Uganda – through providing quality school education, healthy nutrition, sound basic medical care and above all, through loving support. The members of the association work according to the principle of helping people to help themselves.
Their vision is not to simply donate money, but above all, to transfer knowledge and teach the local people how to become self-sufficient in life. This is done by working with suitable project partners in Uganda who are qualified to supervise and manage projects independently.
This is valuable work which we believe is worthwhile of a monthly, financial donation.
